"Our stay at LUX was exceptional. The amenities are clean, the staff is ultra nice. The beach in front of the hotel is probably the best we’ve visited. We were there for our honeymoon and for my husband’s birthday and we were spoiled with so many surprises, like champagne, cake, massages, cocktails mixing class and a number of other things. There is also so much to do, that if you wish, you don’t have to leave the hotel. There is a program with number of events every day - for children and for adults. We visited the spa, used the tennis court, went to the cinema night. Everything was perfect during our stay."

"Wonderful beachfront resort with excellent staff and amenities. We just returned from a 4 day stay and the only downside was that the trip was not longer. Large spacious rooms, lovely well kept grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and food and daily activity programs. "What can I say, i do not usually write reviews but i had to for this one, i booked a really expensive 5* hotel in Mauritius using the Hotel.com app and our experience was so bad we was left stranded at the middle of the night. Luckily this hotel was free and taken us in, now i was on my honeymoon and it was a disaster from the start but the manager at this property was a ray of sunshine. His name was Ashley - he was understanding, caring and went that extra mile to make our stay great. I could not thank him enough. He upgraded us to a honeymoon suite and helped us book a car rental - he made sure we had one. He was literally a gem! i cannot express how attentive and nice the staff was, they was all so lovely. From having a disaster of a time to then coming here was amazing. you made our holiday special thank you!"
