"I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. My room was so beautiful, right in front the train station and canal. This hotel was very conscious on their guest. We have turn on "Do not Disturb for 3 days", the housekeeping have...

"Das Hotel war wirklich richtig schön und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock mit einer mega Aussicht – absolut beeindruckend und unvergesslich. Auch der Blick vom Hotel selbst war einfach extrem schön. Zur Metro sind es vielleicht 5 Gehminuten, eher sogar weniger. "ホテルの雰囲気はよかった。シンプルで上品なロビー、親切なスタッフ、清潔な部屋、バスルームは、さすがオークラ。義理両親も満足そうだった。一階のレストランも美味しかった。 ちょっとダウンタウンから距離はあったが、 歩いてすぐの場所に日本食レストランがあった。 せっかくの日系ホテルなら、 日本語対応できるスタッフが1人でもいればよかったんじゃないかな。 "
