"The rooms are extra massive, overall service was quite warm and friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet area of the city. Proximity to the shopping district was quite convenient."
"If walking to the property from Zurich HB, walk and take the tram down to paradeplatz, then walk over going past Zeughauskeller restaurant. This is the most efficient way and easier if carrying luggage. Google maps won’t suggest this "

"Front desk was very friendly and fast. Room had good AC and was comfortable and clean for our 1 day stay. Close to public transport to get to the city and attractions. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices for everyone. Supermarkets within walking distance. Will stay again"

Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."
