"This was a great spot to be near all the local site seeing spots. It’s near the main rail lines and walking distance to one of the best burger joints (Dragon Burger) I’ve experienced in all of Japan. My only critique was finding hair in the beds and extra futons we used to watch movies in the beautiful lofted area. Other than that, the owners were great at communicating and the property was awesome!"

"Room was spacious and clean! Slept five people very comfortably, with space to relax out of bed as well. Rooftop lounge was a good space to go for fresh air.
Check in was very smooth, with space to leave luggage in the lobby if we arrived early.
Walking distance to a nearby Lawsons for any late night needs."
"Loved the sense of community staying at Sakura lounge hotel. We enjoyed the free flavored water and welcome drink every night. Located just few minutes from Kyoto station, yet once you walked in the hotel, it was totally different world; quiet, peaceful, relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the couch by the fire sipping drinks listening live music played by local musicians. The hotel has communal hot tub, I loved it. "
"Room was bigger than expected. Bathroom has a really deep bathtub to soak your body after exploring the temples all day. Staff were great. And breakfast buffet has many options. We thought Bella Bot was cool."
