"Lo más aceptable del hotel es su ubicación, cerca del Copacabana; sin embargo, el personal es un poco hosco, en una ocasión no hicieron nuestra habitación y se limitaron a decir "lo voy a revisar". La regadera tenia un poco de moho, considero que necesitan dar mejor servicio de limpieza.
El desayuno es muy regular."

"Staff was great. They made checking in so simple and answered any questions I had. When you check out if you're not leaving immediately, they offer services to hold your bag which was extremely helpful. nice view of the beach you're also right across from it.Great food close by. Property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again."

"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location.
Check-in took almost an hour, which was very frustrating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. The elevators were extremely slow, and we often had to wait a long time just to get one.
Overall, the location is the only reason I would consider staying here again."
