"I hadn’t realized before booking that the Hyatt Ziva’s beach isn’t swimmable, and I felt a little disappointed leading up to our trip because that was something I’d been looking forward to. But the moment we arrived, all of that melted away. The property is absolutely stunning and truly takes your breath away. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the people. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, kind, and thoughtful. We felt so welcomed and cared for that by the end of our stay, it felt like we had built real connections with everyone. We can’t wait to come back. Staying here is absolutely worth it!"

If you are looking for a quiet trip with your partner, love the sound of the ocean, and want to be experience delicious meals served by a 5 star waitstaff, this resort is for you! "This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The most important part to me was the cleanliness of the property. If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"
