"I am so grateful to have found this Hotel, Ali, and all the staff were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The hotel is 4 stars but i would say 7 stars. "The staff was super amazing. The facility served its purpose for us catching an early morning flight out of IST and not having to travel all the way from the main part of downtown Istanbul. Was able to pay for pick up and drop off to the airport and it was in a very nice spacious and luxurious sprinter van. I left my jacket in the hotel and the staff brought it back to the airport in time for me to catch my flight. They were wonderful. I would recommend staying here for short term stay. "

"Firstly,the room itself was perfect, comfy bed, tasteful decor and lots of extra stuff like an iron, fridge, smart tv, hob, however no cutlery or pots so you couldn't use hob or oven. The service was mixed, room was left open by cleaners and it didn't even get cleaned, air con wasn't working properly and had to keep calling reception for towels, cleaning the room, fix air con etc Restaurant service wasn't great,but porters were lovely, reception staff average. Not much to do in the area apart...

"The Hotel was fine, except for cleaning, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well, window frames and tracks were so dirty, under the bed, tables and mirrors :( The bathroom door was broken, it did not close, also, the door top track was dirty. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. Hotel staff were super nice. "

"Very pleasant stay and nice staff; special mention for Yusuf who serviced my room for the 10 days. Only complaint is the pillows which were all lumpy and uncomfortable! Good family hotel with nice pool area for kids. Close to T1 tram. Would recommend if you don’t want to be based in the city. Nice views of Bosphorus and ships!"
