The facility was comfortable .. it was a tri-level, so there were a lot of stairs, and no AC, which made it a little warm. The clubhouse and their amenities were wonderful and relaxing. The association that was very nice

Terrible quality accomadation.
Great customer service checking in and out through lake Tahoe Accomadation. Very polite, helpful and friendly. The cabin itself (woody' clubhouse) was terrible. Half the lights and blinds didn't work, no TV channels or batteries in remotes, facilities and utensils very old and dated, rooms were dark, minimal covers on beds so froze at night, place was run down and dirty with previous tenants trash everywhere. Price was extortionate for quality of accomadation. Feel very ripped off. Was advertised as 4 star, would stuggle to be a 2 star!!!

It was good but would have been better if the pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse were open. I think they were using the Covid-19 for an excuse not to open them. We saw many other pools open at hotels and resorts.
