"The Fujiya reeks of history and elegance. The rooms are very spacious. The ambiance is sublime. We are so pleased we stayed at this hotel. The staff and quality of service was excellent. The sauna and spa facilities were 1st class. A couple of minor issues - the beds were a touch on the firm side. And the range of choice for breakfast was limited. However, in every other respect, the Fujiya will be a highlight of our time in Japan."

We would have liked the option to pick what we wanted to eat from the days menu rather than take every dish. "
