"Beach was amazing. Service and a staff were attentive and conversational. This is our third time visiting Cancun, and our second time staying at intercontinental. My mom loved this hotel because of the quiet area away from the lights and noise, but also it’s close enough if you do get bored and want to walk in the evening to the area for shopping. "I had an ocean view room which was great it’s just I also had a view of the pool and people could see me through my balcony doors. Views was stunning and David who was our waiter at the restaurant rain was great. I rate 9.5/10"

"The pool and beach were beautiful! The staff were very friendly. The room was modest but clean. Hotel could use some upkeep in areas but for the price it was great. Will definitely be back. "

"We had a wonderful stay, the property is clean and elegant, staff is friendly, always cleaning and your drinks are topped up regularly. Special shout out to Cocom- he’s fast, efficient and somehow knows which drink is for which person with incredible accuracy. He’s one of the many pool side servers.
