"The pool was nice and clean, however the floor of it was very rough and my feet were raw after a couple days of being in it. 2nd the pool chairs were snatched up by 6:30AM. If want a pool chair you have to put something on them, claiming them, early on. The arcade was not free and was expensive. The pool table was $3 per play as well. Overall a fantastic resort."

"Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !"

"I stayed at the El Beso and they really took care of us. We got a room upgrade, tshirts, and free champagne. They noticed my suitcase was broken and offered to give me a new one for free. I went very taken care of and able to relax. Property is huge and beautiful. There was a tram to take you around which was nice. Only thing is they have a few kinks to sort out. We waited over an hour and a half for the Mexican restaurant when we could see parties leaving and tables not being bussed and resat....
