"Excellent service, the people who serve are very friendly, especially Paco, Cocom, Rodolfo and Monty from the kids club, the shows are very good, they have activities every day, everything was clean, the restaurants with reservations are also very good, the only complaint for reception, since credit card payment did not work and we had to take money at the ATM to pay in cash a fee"

"Beautiful grounds and gardens. Loved all the animals on the property, Walkways were nice and clean, very nice beach. All the employees were very friendly! We enjoyed the evening entertainment/shows. It would be nice for the rooms to be updated but otherwise it was a great place and I would come back."

"The property is wonderful, it feels like its own little oasis. Food was ok, what we expected from an all-inclusive. The VIP treatment was amazing, our room in the royal tower was beautiful and our butler Yajahira was very accommodating. We were able to have access to the bali beds everyday, no issues with restaurant reservations, and having access to the steakhouse for breakfast & lunch was a nice step away from the busy international buffet. It was a very relaxing vacation for us."
