"The resort is really nice. The Serenity Club, 1 Bedroom Master Suite is very spacious and well appointed. However, they could use some upgrades to the window treatments. The still have the pull sticks to open and close the curtains. Whereas electronically controlled curtains would be much better and keep the curtains from coming off the hooks. The bathroom needs more than 1 towel hook. They also provide a hand steamer instead of an iron, which seems nice, but there is no where to hang garments while steaming them. The shower has an adjustable handheld showerhead, ours kept collapsing downward. So a wall mounted handheld showerhead would be better. There are two rainfall shower fixtures if you're into that style. The food quality was good. Wasn't really wowed by any of our meals. The Serenity Club pool could use more food options. However, the pool staff was really good and very pleasant. Serenity Club guests are also entitled to a 30 minute hydro-spa experience. It's worth doing. Serenity Club guests also have a really nice dedicated lounge area with snacks, a full line of beverages and they have board games as well. Serenity Club guest can also dine at the Tahani Restaurant for breakfast instead of doing the buffet. Overall, our experience was good. The resort is really nice, pretty well maintained and the staff was very pleasant. I've had better food and beverage options at other resorts in Cancun and PVR. But the room make it worth a repeat."

"We went for our honeymoon and they put cute towel animals on the bed every day. The staff were all awesome. The only drawback is the string party vibe. It felt hard sometimes to relax because there seemed to be loud music everywhere. When I wanted to party it was fun tho!"

"Good hotel. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because breakfast buffet basically has no AC and it’s extremely hot in the morning and was not comfortable at all. Otherwise staff is great, food is good too."
