"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"The room was terrible. The bed had no space underneath to store luggage. It was impossible to sit in the chair at the desk area as there was no room between the desk and chair. This property was an awful disappointment. The other APA hotels were much better. The only saving grace for this hotel was the location which was superb. "
