"We had a great time at the hotel. It actually exceeded our expectation. Such a convenient location. This is a 5 star hotel in every way. It is surrounded by great restaurants and a first class shopping mall which leads you into the heart of the city where traditional markets meet modern shopping complexes. Transport option are integrated into the complex the hotel leads you too. The hotel is super clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I am in Osaka. 5 star!"

"Three nights at the Hotel Keihan Namba Grande was a perfect way to start our first time trip to Japan (coming from the USA means serious jet lag with 13 hour time difference). Access from KIX Airport to Namba station was super easy. The room was big and the two of us enjoyed the coffee / soda bar, plus the extra amenities both in the room and in the lobby. I already miss the large window overlooking the trains (some are painted really cute, and since they are electric, it's quiet). Easy walk to Dotonburi, Kuromon Market, etc, and it's connected to the Namba Parks shopping mall. Lots of nearby sites and eateries made the Keihan a great place to stay to adjust to Japan."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and shopping. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka."

"The is the best boutique style hotel I have stayed in it is close enough to the bustling Osaka however also in a quieter block for a good nights sleep. The hotel has a lovely restaurant downstairs and bar area. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom quite a good size and also freshly renovated and provide all that is required."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Close to subway station, making it easy to get around Osaka. Pleasant & helpful staff. Priced well. Enjoyed the free amenities including face wash & face masks! Good air conditioning & comfortable beds. Lots of areas to eat in close proximity. Would stay here again if returning to Osaka."

"Great stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating, polite and can communicate well in English. Clean room with comfy bed and amazing shower. Good location. Close to the station and convenient stores (Lawson, 7 Eleven, Family Mart). Walking distance to several tourist destinations like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, etc. I highly recommend this hotel."
