"Perfect stay - large, great standard rooms with everything you may need i.e. hairdryer, iron, fridge. Fun outside changes available which was a great little find when walking through the car park on our way out for food (which is about a 5-10 minute walk down the road)."

"It was very quaint and had a homey feel to it. The best feature was the free coffee and tea station they had in the lobby at all times of the day. The room was clean and had a large TV with a wide range of stations."

"We stayed here for four nights for a baseball tournament and would definitely stay again. Lisa and Peter are fabulous hosts. The property was very clean and well maintained and the boys enjoyed the pool area and the adults had a great time hanging out on the patio and grilling both day and night. All of the employees were very friendly and the location is perfect for all of the fun that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We hope to stay here again! "This place is amazing. It comes with complimentary continental breakfast, options to rent kayaks and bikes, and great views of the river and ocean beyond. The staff were kind and informative. Indoor and larger outdoor pools onsite. Our room had a balcony and water views. You can walk over the river during low tide to get to the beach, or take a longer walk to get to Footbridge beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Cute downtown area with a ton of shops and restaurants are just down the street, where there's also boat tours and the beautiful Marginal Way walking path. Would def stay again!"
