The owners were warm & inviting. The place is very clean & has an old fashioned charm. There is a heated pool. Excellent WiFi signal. Right on Route 1, restaurant across the street for lunch or dinner. Beach is .9 mile away walking.

We spent 2 nights on the property and don’t have anything unique to add. Our room was clean and well supplied. We were in town for a wedding in York which was about 10 miles away. So it was convenient for us

We were just there for one night and it worked well for us. It was conveniently located and the beds were pretty comfortable. It is an older facility, but clean. The air conditioning didn’t work great, but wasn’t completely broken so we did get the room sufficiently cool. Office hours are limited (we left before the office was open).

Online room pictures looked better than room we got. Room very average and floor had water damage in bathroom. Beds were good. Entrance door to room was dirty. Front desk staff very nice, welcoming however. Lots of food options nearby, most drive to.
