"We usually choose Best Western hotels when we travel, but unfortunately, this one did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect. The front desk staff was okay, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We also weren’t given any information about the hotel, such as breakfast hours or parking, which would have been helpful. "The rooms was clean, the shower water pressure was excellent, the continental breakfast was satisfying, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was nice and quiet. Easy to drive to Carowinds from the hotel. Location is great!"
