We stayed here after a concert and the hotel was absolutely amazing! Staff were so helpful and the valet was super nice to have! It’s only a 6 min walk from the spectrum center too. Security was amazing we felt safe true whole time. The rooms were super clean too.

Great location, walking distance from the Lynx train and some uptown restaurants. Variety of breakfast options, would be great if there was a reduction in the amount of plastic; plates and utensils were all plastic and each separate utensil was wrapped in plastic. Appreciated that yogurt was available in a big bowl rather than in separate plastic containers.

Room was clean, comfortable, quiet. In heart of downtown convenient to stadium, convention center and more. Good free breakfast. Fahrenheit restaurant on rooftop very nice, views spectacular. Parking too expensive but typical for downtown stays anywhere. All in all, a very good choice.

The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and polite and seemed very happy to be working there. Our room was the best and the restaurant on the rooftop was one of the best I’ve ever seen at Hilton property.

The location is great, just a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the stadium. The hotel itself is outdated and looks worn down, but it’s not bad. It needs a renovation to make it look more modern and clean. The staff were great, especially the valet people and the host at the front desk. They were very helpful and friendly.

We had a great 7-night stay. The downtown location is excellent, breakfast was very good, and the valet staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the 10th-floor views were a nice bonus. The hotel has a good gym, but guests should note there is no pool or laundry facility, and the rooms do not include a microwave or oven. The only minor issue was that our request for a 30-minute late checkout wasn’t accommodated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hyatt Place has the best city view in Charlotte. Ask for a high level and specifically ask for a city view room. The included breakfast was complete and quite good. Room was large and fairly new. Parking is expensive for the area. The rooftop bar and restaurant also have great views although they are expensive.
