Ort der Ruhe mit 24/7-Betrieb

Absolut empfehlenswerter Ort - man fühlt sich sicher aufgehoben, hat 24/7 Zugang zu Getränken, auch Kaffee; Onsen vorhanden, Fussbad. Sehr schönes Ambiente, mit vielen Fröschen aus Stein, die Ruhe ausstrahlen. Chill-Out-Raum und auch Massage-Stühle. Top!

概ね満足できるホテルです

概ね満足できるホテルです。多くのアメニティや無料の施設とサービスなどもあります。加えてポイントサービスもあるのでリピーターにもなりやすい。 客室の清潔度も高く、しっかり清掃されていると感じます。 一方で、加湿器が無いのはいただけません。空気清浄機と一体型のものはあるのですが、明らかに湿度不足で喉が痛くなりました。また、他の方もコメントされていましたが、ベッドと壁の間は清掃ルーティンに入っていないらしく、埃が溜まっており残念です。 多目的で利用できる宿泊施設と思います。施設と仕組み以外のところが向上すればもっといいですね。 あと、待ち合いエリアがリニューアルされましたが、ビリヤードが楽しめたスペースがプロジェクターから味気なく流れる風景を複数のペアで眺めるエリアになりました。これは残念すぎます。映像のクォリティが低すぎて、狙っているであろうバーチャル海岸とは乖離がありすぎます。

Sehr schön gestaltetes Zimmer, tolle Kosmetikartikel, privater Kleiner Außenpool im Preis inbegriffen nach Reservierung vor Ort für eine Stunde. Tolles Badezimmer mit Whirlpool. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal, das aber gar kein Englisch spricht. Kleines Frühstück aufs Zimmer nach Wahl japanisch, balinesisch oder continental.

繁華街の裏手で便利の良いところでした。アメニティ 朝食等 サービスも良く快適に過ごせました。無料自転車で みなとみらいを散策したのは楽しかった。また泊まりに来ます。

料金は予約時にカードで払っているのに、二重で払わされそうになった。支払い済であることを確認してもらったが、謝罪の一言もなかった。こちらが指摘してなかったら二重で払わされていた。

楽しめるホテル

ホテルに足を踏み入れた瞬間お香の良い香りに包まれ、バリを思わせる内装も良く、一瞬のうちにリゾート気分ワクワク気分になれました。若いスタッフの対応も良く、チェックインもスムーズに気持ちよく出来ました。自分好みの枕を選べるサービスも良いですね。 お部屋は清潔で過ごしやすくお風呂も広く快適でした。アメニティが充実しているので、荷物も最小限必要な物だけで済みそうです。 貸切風呂、足湯、カラオケ、ビリヤードなどがあるので、楽しめるホテルだと思います。 ただ、足湯の温度が低く、利用出来なかったのが残念です。明け方はカラスの鳴き声が気になりました。 全体的には大変満足に過ごせました。 また利用したいホテルです。

Wonderful staff and hotel central to shopping

First off the staff was amazing. I came down with a terrible head cold after arriving at the hotel. After asking where to find medicine, I was escorted all the way to a local store where the employee helped me find someone who spoke a little English. I was amazed by just how helpful they were. As for the room itself, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are very warm and inviting. There were lots of free amenities and was provided with everything I would need to be comfortable during my stay. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillow. Besides that, I was super impressed overall.

Un hôtel surprenant

Certes un love-hôtel mais avec des prestations de qualité. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de tout ce que l'hôtel propose : espace détente avec billard, jeu de fléchettes, rafraichissements, fauteuils massants ; espace café avec boissons chaudes ; onsen à privatiser ; karaoké ; verres de vin ; bouchées dessert ; location de vélos. Et tout cela est compris dans le prix de la chambre, sans supplément aucun ! Même le petit déjeuner est inclus. Vraiment une bonne surprise, je recommande vivement. Seul petit bémol, le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais. Parfois la compréhension est difficile.

横浜、桜木町のホテル

初めての利用です。近くで用事があったのでその近辺でホテルを探して見つけました。 部屋も清潔で、ユニットバスもアメニティも充実していて、香りセンサー付で女性は特にうれしいと思います。 ロビーやその他のサービスも満載で、もっと時間があればあれこれ内部のサービスを利用したかったのでまたゆっくりホテルメインで利用したいです。

Nice Hotel

Everything was almost great. There was hair in the tub when I arrived which made me think about the lack of hygiene when they do the cleaning, so I did not take a nice bath tub with salt bath for the rest of my stay. The breakfast the first day was great, plentiful and hot but every day that passed the breakfast received was more scarce and neglected I did not understand why.
