This property was run down, we changed rooms several times but there was smell in the room. Staff did not speak English so communication was an issue. We planned to stay for 8 days but checked out early and moved to New Hotel where we had extremely pleasant and comfortable experience.

Comfortable, Friendly and strategic location.

The hotel is located just right beside Jogja City Mall, there is hotel entrance you can use to go to the mall, Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, Room was comfortable, the view of Mt Merapi from my room and the restaurant is also an added bonus for me. For you party heads, the hotel is close by to a club call Boshe just across the street. Amenities is close by (walking distance). Taxi is also available without any trouble, the concierge will gladly help you to get one. Special thanks to Nona from the reception for helping me out. I will come and stay here again definitely.

シティ・モールと直結していて便利。

　このホテルに勤める知人の話では、外国人宿泊客はほとんど無く、インドネシアのビジネスマンが１週間宿泊して会議やイベントを行うことが多いとのこと。レセプショニストの対応はぶっきらぼうで６５点。部屋は、清潔ではあったけれど床が掃かれてなかった。「壁が薄い」のか「隣の客が大声で話す」のか分からないが、午前０時頃までＴＶの音や話し声が聞こえて不快だった。 　宿泊客は、エレベーターがこちらが降りる前に乗り込んでくるレベル。そういう客が大半を占めるホテル。 　部屋のＴＶに日本の番組はありません。朝食はRp.85,000．ルームサービスの一品物を取る方が安い。 　良くも悪くもインドネシア的なホテル。１泊Rp.8,000はちょっと高い(Rp.6,000が妥当)と思うけれど、シティモールと直結している便利さで「まぁ、いいか」と思える。

pengalaman sangat buruk karena fasilitas pelayanan telp antar kamar dan kamar ke pelayanan laundry juga ke operator sangat sulit dan lama sekali...ini belum pernah saya alami dihotel lain. Perlu pemilik hotel/investor menjaga nama besar Sahid sebagai operator hotel....dengan mengganti dan menambah fasilitas telekomunikasi hotel dengan standart pelayanan bintang 4, tidak spt yang ada sekarang ini.
