"La categoría que reservé no existe en el inventario de la propiedad, según lo que me dijeron por teléfono. Cuando llegamos, solo estaba el guardia y nunca han tenido una villa familiar. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma.
