"So incredibly stunning. Great place to slow down and enjoy nature. The lagoon is so special and serene. The hotel has kayaks and paddle boards readily available to use at no additional cost. Take a quick kayak out to the lagoon and feel so refreshed. Food was very good. I just wish they had an indoor restaurant at night."

"A small posada in a small town, off the beaten track. Very amiable, helpful hosts, and very comfortable room with a nice bed and bathroom plus two outside sitting areas, on with hammocks. They don't offer meals but fed me anyway thanks to a family graduation party. A short but delightful stay!"

"An off the beaten path jungle oasis minutes from the lagoon (where they have a private property). Attention to detail and attentive and friendly service. If you want to be away from the crowds of Bacalar but still want a great lagoon swimming experience, this is the place."

No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. "Older Hotel must have been beautiful when first built, but it is showing its age. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly and responsive to our requests. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing! Beautiful view of the lagoon from the rooftop and our balcony. "
