The design and style of the hotel is unique and subtle. The accommodation is better than expected with a great bed and perfect privacy. The food is truly amazing. I’d rate as a very strong 10/10.

An off the beaten path jungle oasis minutes from the lagoon (where they have a private property). Attention to detail and attentive and friendly service. If you want to be away from the crowds of Bacalar but still want a great lagoon swimming experience, this is the place.

Staff were very friendly, and the property has lots of design details with nature. I will highly recommend the Yoga class and massage sessions with Daniel as I get recovered from a chronic pain in my shoulder after two yoga classes and a massage. I had no mosquitos in my room although I was in the jungle, and I think the property did a great job with mosquitos control around the room. There are some around the reception area though.

Un lugar mágicos lleno de experiencias únicas. El lugar esta super cuidado. Todo muy bien pensado y los detalles son increíbles. El personal es otro nivel, siempre pendientes y reesolciendo cualquier duda. La atención es de las mejores que eh experimentado y quiero hacer una mención a Gabriel y Antonella por su servicio de 10 en todo el tiempo de la estancia

Qué increíble hotel. Excelente concepto. Todo al 100. Buen desayuno, actividades, el club de laguna. Etc. solo recomiendo darle más publicidad al club de laguna que tiene el hotel. Que aunque este no se encuentre frente a la laguna tiene acceso a su propia laguna

¡Increíble! Es toda una experiencia. Las instalaciones son preciosas y cómodas, inmersas dentro de la selva, lo que propicia un ambiente de descanso, relajación y contacto con la naturaleza, es un hotel que te invita a no salir y disfrutar de cada rincón. El tema de la comida lo hace aún más espectacular, cada día te sorprenden con un platillo nuevo y delicioso de acuerdo a tus restricciones alimenticias. Lo más importante a resaltar es la atención de todas las personas que trabajan ahí, el servicio es inmejorable, se siente la calidez y la cercanía. Sin duda alguna el mejor hotel donde me he hospedado.

Un petit paradis

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel absolument parfait. Aucune fausse note. Le beach club était une très bonne surprise. Si vous voulez du calme et vous reposez dans un cocon au cœur de la nature, ne cherchez plus. Vraiment parfait.

El hotel es hermoso y tranquilo y su club de playa también, en temporada baja pudimos disfrutarlo sólo para nosotros, utilizamos los kayaks en la laguna. La limpieza de 10 en todos los espacios. La comida muy rica en el restaurante del hotel. Aunque era rica, no quedé totalmente conforme con la opción de la cena por el costo que tenía, en cambio el desayuno incluido estaba súper bien servido y delicioso. Amé todo, súper recomendado.
