"It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice. Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety. Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though. Definitely would book here again when re-visiting! "

"It's an older hotel with a pretty courtyard and a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The location is very quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One manager spoke English and another did not."
