A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and it is nearly to restaurants, pharmacies. There’s walkable to a mall. It is a very practical option if you need to visit Xalapa City and you don’t want to spend a lot of money

Great hotel-Will return

Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. The building itself is pretty cool and the location is convenient for what we needed. It’s right across the street from Crystal Plaza so we went shopping and had some food. A lot of people complain that the bed was too hard that didn’t bother me, but the pillows were definitely too hard. I wish that the decorations were more accurate to the photos. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and Jenny at the front desk was really kind.

El lugar siempre me ha gustado. Lamento que no esté delimitado el piso de la regadera y siempre se moja muchísimo afuera, pues ese piso se torna un riesgo de caída. Tampoco me gusta que sus toallas estén muy rasposas y tengo que llevar mi toalla de microfibra pues las del hotel son como lija. Pero fuera de eso me parece un muy lindo hotel, excelente en relación al costo.
