"I stayed here to do some hiking in the Smoky Mountains. The location is great. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants and there is a shuttle that will pick you up right around the corner and take you into the national park. Emily ( I think that's her name. She is the blonde woman at the front desk) checked me in and was so kind and personable. She made me feel and assured I'd be safe as a solo traveller. I'll definitely stay here next time I come out. "

"The condo was amazing. Everything was as promised. Pictures were exactly as condo was set up. Few things I wished that were better was 1. Lamps or clocks with USB ports to charge devices. Chargers blocks are becoming obsolete so we didn’t really have any, and past hotels or rentals have had clocks or lamps with USB ports. 2. The main bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo. "This was our first stay at River Edge Inn. We were especially impressed with the exceptional staff. Thru were all very friendly and extremely helpful! We noticed there was no cold water in our shower. They sent someone right away to check it. When it couldn’t be repaired right away they offered us another room & made the transition as smooth as possible. The rooms were very spacious. Everything was quite quiet. Breakfast was continental but all items were name brand. Many restaurants close by....
