"The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times."

They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. "I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because...
