"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. "Lovely clean room. Comfortable beds . Complimentary tea and coffee, tv, hairdryer etc. Excellent self service breakfast, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. No noise from the neighbours thankfully. Occasionally heard sirens from the street as it is close to a police station. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again."

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!"
