"Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. "

"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). "I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge "
