"Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel. Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay. Lovely grounds for a walk. Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking to other guests, this seemed to be a common fault as others said their shower only had cold water too."

There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!"

"Called for one while exploring the Somerset Levels. Perfect location for managed to book the last room, this was the largest of all the rooms available comfortable, clean & very spacious. The propriter was very welcoming on arrival and made us tea to take in the rear."

Lilija was super responsive and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the location next to the High Street and all the shops was great for us. "Rooms are very basic but acceptable, bed was comfy enough. The problem is that there is no possibility to open the windows so in 4 days fresh air never entered the room. There is a sign saying there is always fresh air coming in despite windows are closed but that’s only if you are ok with freezing with air con…I get it is linked to safety but you would just need to install some block of sort on the windows not to open completely, not let the people not get fresh air whatsoever. "The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

"We stayed two nights, in the cottage at the side of the inn. 2 rooms, one a twin for 2 teenagers. The rooms were a great size. Clean, comfortable beds and excellent tea and coffee facilities.
