"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"A comfortable one night stay. Staff were great. Food was lovely. Bed was super comfy and everything was clean. A welcome letter on the bed was a nice touch; it detailed that the hotel windows could not be changed owing to conservation planning rules. However, rust/ black mould in bathroom could perhaps be tackled, but this is a minor detail. Overall, we found the room to be great. "We had an amazing 3 nights at the Swan. From the time we arrived to when we left the service was excellent. We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, offering to help with our bags and any other needs we had.
