"Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast on the voucher ( it did not). It was supposedly good at their restaurant (evidently the brunch area isn’t considered a restaurant), bar… no mention of where it wasn’t good at.

"The view was amazing and the staff was very helpful and informative. We stayed at the suit as a treat to my father and could see Big Ben and the London eye from where we stayed. We arrived earlier then check in time but the staff treated us to a complimentary drink while we waited for our room. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the abbey if you walk. London was in the middle of a heat wave and we walked everyday to see the sights. We didn't try their breakfast but there are small cafes...

I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work.
The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed.
The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them.

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty.
The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. The Breakfast Buffet offerings were diverse and yummy.
