"Really nice old school pub/Inn right next to the railway station with a long long history, not a poncey gastro pub, a proper old school pub. Really nice staff and really good prices, food was great, locals that I met were all very nice, room was cracking. Quite a few trains go past as you would imagine, but I didn’t find them an issue and slept fine with the window open, they get fewer and fewer the later it gets. I will definitely be booking this one again. This would suit anyone travelling...
