"This hotel isn't bad, but we stayed at the First Resort last year and it was so much better. The room was decently sized, but the beds were extremely firm. I did get used to it after the first night (which is good as we stayed there for a week) but it was never entirely comfortable. The biggest downside, and the reason I will not stay there again, is that they do not have a coin laundry. When I asked about it, they told me I could go next door and use the coin laundry at First Resort, which I did, but that's a real pain to have to go back and forth with a bag of laundry, especially since First Resort does not have combo machines, so you have to go once for the wash and then come back again to dry or take the damp laundry back to air dry in your room."

"Outstanding reception team. I was shocked to learn one of the best team members was a trainee (Ms. Yamamato). She was amazing. Reception manager Ms. Ishikawa who trained her is fantastic!"

"Had a great stay here - friendly staff, room cleaning/fresh towels every 3 days or requestable by putting the supplied magnet on the door. Firm mattresses, clean room, good water pressure. Breakfast was great. Easy check out. Check in 3pm unless you download the app and join the Sotetsu Hotels loyalty programme (free) and then you can check in at 2pm. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Ended up getting 3 beds instead of 2 so our daughter had her own bed. Beautiful hotel, delicious buffet breakfast everyday and easy access to the Disney Monorail - highly recommend "

"Charming room for kids featuring interactive displays that were fun. Hotel seemed a little dated, but updated well. Rooms were a good size for a family of four. Beds were very comfortable. "

"The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable."

"So many options for breakfast. Resort is huge with lots of entertainment options for kids. Staff is extremely friendly and property is sparkling clean. We will definitely come back in the near future. "
