"The staff is amazing. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our checkin time and were accommodated. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Which was spacious & fulfilled our needs. They provided us with extra bedding for the sofabed which was easy to setup & retract when not needed. The room was clean, while I can't call it spotless. The washroom was spacious, well equipped & spotless. The pool was heated and they provided us with extra towels. Will definitely stay again. As the hotel is minutes away from the City beach. And restaurants, cafe's & woolies are all around the corner. "

"The 2 bedroom we had for the night was comfortable and well maintained. Although we could see marks and scratches on the furniture, the unit was clean and the carpet seemed new. Best of all, it is a pet friendly hotel which is rare in Australia, sadly. Our baby Shiba loved her stay. Thank you for being so accommodating to families with pets. We will be back. "
