"Someone was playing loud music bass till almost 1am and it never was taken care of. Also walls and floors are so thin it was like a herd of elephants just walking above us. And walls so thin you heard everything!!"

"While at this property, my daughter's basketball team had a block of rooms, one room with a dead mouse in it. The GM was quick to apologize and offer a refund as we checked out within the hour of checking in. Also while trying to leave, there was intense rain. The entire entry way of this hotel collapsed and had water every where. I know this property is under new management and I truly hope whomever is tasked with that role can help get this place back in order with the potential it has."

"I understand you get what you pay for, but this is ridiculous. The rooms were dirty. My child got locked in the bathroom for hours overnight because the bathroom door did not unlock from the inside. I told the staff immediately when it happened the first time they said they would get somebody to the room to fix it because they could not move me by the next morning. No one still came. I had to go two more times. The staff refused to move me, the staff refused to fix any of the other situations....
