Hotels near Windy Point

"I booked a 2 bedroom and was given a King bed with sofa bed. I booked the room 5 weeks in advance and the staff told me we are never guaranteed a room if booked through Hotels and should always book through their hotel. So why book through Hotels?? They want to advertise on hotels but want (US- the users) to book directly with the hotel cutting out hotels.com..... When I book a room I want to make sure I get that type of room booked. That's why there is choose your room types.... Makes no sense. I was very unhappy with that situation. I was also told I couldn't get a refund because we paid in full with no cancellation available so I was stuck."

"The beds were horrible not comfortable at all. The front desk guy was not nice at all. Then I left a necklace in the bathroom and I called for it and they are saying they didn’t find it and I know I left it on accident. That means the housekeeper kept it and didn’t turn it in.
