"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"Very old building that needs cosmetic repairs as well as building maintenance. There were no amenities like soda or snack machines. Washers and dryers were not working. A very basic place to stay for a night. No frills just a bed which is very old. Did not feel really safe due to the location of the property backing up to an apartment complex. Was said to be a non-smoking room but the bathtub had cigarette burns all over it where people would put cigarette's down while using the toilet or...
