The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills."

"Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful!
