I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked into the room. The smell hit us immediately—it reeked like nasty tuna fish and was so strong it made it hard to even stay inside.
The room itself was beyond filthy. There were white stains all over the floor and even on the side of the bed, which was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly disgusted.
We went to the front desk for help, hoping to switch rooms or get some kind of resolution, but the night shift employee, Melanie, was no help at all. She told us she couldn’t do anything—no room change, no contacting anyone—and said we’d have to deal with Expedia ourselves. The only thing she offered was new sheets, which didn’t fix the problem at all, especially since the stains were on the bed frame and throughout the room.
Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere clean and professionally managed.
