Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was poor. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, and the level of service never improved throughout my stay. One of the biggest issues was housekeeping. My room was not cleaned daily as expected, which made my stay uncomfortable. I had to deal with overflowing trash and a lack of fresh towels without anyone proactively addressing it. To make matters worse, the hotel was under construction....

"We loved close proximity to everything, loved the beach. However, there were not nearly enough servers for all the people near the pool. The price to rent umbrellas and chairs was $100 a day and unfortunately, sitting with our towels in front of the hotel got difficult after 2 PM because the tide would come in and wipe out all the sand. So unless you had beach loungers all your things got soaked. I was yelled at by one of the workers renting beach loungers for putting my things on the chair. I...
