"Renovation currently going on. Otherwise the hotel Staff was Wonderful. Location is Amazing. It is steps from Windsor Castle. Plenty of Restaurants are steps away outside the hotel. Yes! We will definitely stay there again.

"Really lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Location is great for enjoying all the best of central Windsor, and the local food scene is excellent.
Recommend on street parking - the offered private space was right under a tree and holly bush that is home to a few bats - they really covered my car by the morning, very hard to clean! Also, despite the numerous fans provided, the apartment was unbelievably hot so can’t be recommended for hot summer days/nights.

"This apartment is spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are a good size. The terrace is nice.
Information from host regarding check in was good.
Read a few reviews regarding the upkeep of the property and it’s a shame nothing has been done. This property could be fantastic if some money was spent on it. The carpets have stains over them, cracks and watermarks on ceilings, sofa is tatty, iron and ironing board do not work.
Mattresses do not have any protectors on them. Oven tray was dirty and...

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"This is a recently refurbished property. Rooms are small but well appointed. There are two elevators. The lobby lounge has a cafe (not connected to the property), and breakfast vouchers can be redeemed at two locations nearby. One of them is a laundromat/diner, which is quirky and different, but the staff is very pleasant. If you didn’t pay for breakfast, no worry—there are plenty of small cafes in the area. "Tiniest room I ever saw. You cannot bend in the shower, it’s that tight. Relatively clean, but old dirty carpet and itchy bed linens . Old building, I saw the police attending to a stalking incident on my second day there and it was unsafe enough for them to lock the front doors at night. No security, not Sheraton standard at all. No amenities or dining. Disappointing for the price . It would put a damper on any trip especially if it’s just for leisure. it’s a motel at best."
