Do NOT go here with a family. This is a drug den. The TV was on and the remote was broken. Thankfully I was alone and got there late. I had to go around drug addicts on the stairs. This is what I get for being cheap.

As i entered the room the TV was already on. That alsrmed me, as i was i was alone and it was dark. Also, i had to ho clear across the room to turn on a working light. The bathroom toilet inside and outside was full of so much urine build up it hadn't been cleaned in st least a couple of months. In the dink, there wete pubic hairs. I want a full refund! This was shocking after driving a 9 hour trip from NY state to Virginia. Please reimburse me directly! I paid by Credit Debit card with my Visa to Expedia for this APM in Winchester on April 4, 2024.

The Staff and other employee was very rude. Tiffany talked to my Client rude an I recorded her while he was on the line with her. The location is not for the ethnic race. I put a google review that night. I booked him at a better Hotel like the employee told him. I am reporting the information to my E & O Insurance and Expedia. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible.

Well, like the old saying goes…”You get what you pay for!” I paid $50 for a room, & it was very disappointing. Trashy, unclean, ghetto, etc. Will not be going there again. I didn’t even stay. I checked in at 3pm, went to a 3:20pm movie at Alamo down the street, came back & dropped my key off & left to go back home! Waste of $$!

Please find better housekeepers!
Well at first we were pleased with the size of the room, the cozy bed for the price. Then we notice under the bed there's DOG FOOD and dog hair all kinds of dirt.... then we notice the bed sheets had not been changed in who knows how long. Bed was full of dirt and hairs .. even found a shard of glass or hard plastic in the bed! Front desk 2as pleasant... Everything else was nice for the price. Surprised there was water in the pool ... Didn't go near it to be able to see how clean it warm it might have been but from driving passed I could tell it at least had water in it!

Avoid for some time.
Bed sheets & towels were clean but nothing else. Tub was digusting and would drain super slow (taking a shower in the pool of water). Cockroaches roaming freely. They are renovating, so hopefully they do a good job and you are lucky to get renovated room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, the price may be tempting. The room I was given was absolutely filthy. When I got to the room, the door was wide open - literally hanging open. You couldn’t breathe because of the smoke and marijuana stench. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. Blinds were broken and anyone outside could literally see right in if they wanted to. Mattress was stained with blood or something red. Pillows and blanket were stained. The entire place was filthy - floors had dust and trash everywhere. Walls were nasty - dirt and grime built up on them. Shower floor was peeling and cut open. Toilet had stains all over it. People live in these apartments seeing as they had a referral bonus for tenants in the office. I had to ask for a refund and leave. The ladies in the office were very nice but I wouldn’t pay a dime to stink like a cigarette and battle bugs all night.

This place is pretty bad. It looks like someone tried to get in the room with a crow bar. The tv doesn’t work. The window shades are taped to the window with duct tape.

I did like the price, but know I now why. The tv doesn't work and attendant told me maintenance is gone so there is nothing that can be done. Roaches in bathtub and on walls. Toilet wouldn't flush. Overall very bad.
