Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Willowbrook

"This is the second and the last time I stay at the Palmer. I like the proximity to certain landmarks and the beds were comfy but other than that, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair in the tub, the shower faucet handle was filled with black scum on the inside. There was also a piece undone metal on the bottom of the vanity that scraped my kid's foot. There was no complimentary coffee/tea which added to the disappointment. I was too tired to ask for a different room with 2 kids...

"Stayed here many of times. Hands down worst experience. Towels were dirty upon arrival. They only provided 1 towel so had to call for more to be sent up. Missed our room for house cleaning until we had to ask and call down. Then on the last night (Sunday mind you) at 2 am our wall was vibrating from neighbor bumping music. Called security and security shows up to our door knocking instead of the person playing music. 😂 Lastly we had a lot of hidden charges that were not clearly defined when...

"Nice hotel. I’ve been to Chicago many times, but this was my first stay at Aloft Hotel. It was a very pleasant experience The staff were friendly, the room was great, and everything was comfortable. I would definitely book again!"
