Everything was good. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful when needed. Bed was beyond comfortable. Fitness Center was clean with a TV. Breakfast was a combo of hot and cold selections. We had no problems and will stay again when we ware in Wichita.

Very noisy. Loud banging until early hours of the morning. Power in the room went out while showering for a minute or 2. Very unsafe. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30am. We were only there 1 night and yea. Won’t ever do a 2nd. Staff was friendly. Guests were roudy.

We were driving through town and had books the hotel in advance but were running 8 hours behind schedule. We drove all night and arrived at the hotel around 6:30am. We were exhausted and asked if we could still check in and sleep until check out at 11am. They had already checked us in and checked us out assuming we would be no-shows, but they quickly reversed it and extended our checkout by an hour so we could get some sleep. We were very happy they were able to still give us our room with a little extension! The only things we were underwhelmed by was the quality of the shower and pillows, but those were minor compared to the exceptional service!

The one thing I didn't like was only one chair in the room. When you are travelling as a couple you need two chairs in the room. I asked for another chair and was told they could not give me one. I will not take a room again with one chair for 2 people.

The Hotel is cleaned and updated . Bed was comfy and I like the channels on tv. What I did not like is where my room was located 4th floor, room 235. It was on the corner of the hotel where a bar was located . It was very loud at night due to cars and noise coming g from the bar an major freeway next to hotel

Comfortable clean beds clean room Updated hotel USB plug-ins if you’re traveling with medication and you need a freezer in your room for your ice packs they do not have but they’re accessible rooms are nice close to Walmart and restaurants breakfast is typical hotel breakfast

Had a crackhead follow my fiance into the hotel then approach my vehicle with me and my 6 month old daughter in it then proceeded to watch them looking into cars and trying to get in the side door of hotel as we were attempting to check in. Left for safety reasons as i didn't feel putting my family in that situation, attempted to get a refund knowing that we had booked without cancellation as we were 100% confident we were staying there until this experience happened and la Quinta refused refund allowing no exceptions even being a safety issue on their part. Goes to show that this establishment stands behind money in their pocket over safety of their guests and customer service is far from a priority for them. My family is far more important than the money they proceeded to charge but i would definitely never recommend this establishment to anyone you care for!
