"The staff were great, the room was a good size although the bedroom was a bit tired, small niggles in that none of the TV’s in the room worked and the flush didn’t work too well. The breakfast was nice there was a good selection of food. If we visited Cardiff again we might stay again. "

"The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.The room was comfortable, warm aand clean. The dining room was lovely and the food was excellent. The view of the lake and the swan with her cygnets was a treat! It's location was great for shopping. Thank you."

"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "
