Ventilation system at Hard Rock is good, only smelled smoke when walking past active smokers. Great security at guest room elevators. 24/7 bakery was very nice- they had sandwiches to simple pastries, to grab and go. Awesome collection of celebrity memorabilia. "

"Following a horrible experience at Harrah's at 4AM, I contacted the Sheraton and spoke to Emmanuel personally. He was so helpful and offered us an early check in option. Upon arrival, he and the other staff were so amazing and understanding of our situation and made it so simple to get into a room at that time. The room was suitable for a family of four with a small child and so much more affordable than the surrounding casino hotels. "
