"To manny things broken. Enter the room and it had the toilet paper holder broken. Took a shower and no splash guards in place so the floor would get full of water. Then at night the was a flood in the room due to the upstairs room using the shower. And it was leaking right at the high hat. The manager tried her best but if the staff cleaning the room does not make management and engineers fix the hotel the place will fall apart. Plan and simple the place needs a lot of work and change of staff...

"My room was stuffy and the air never got cold. I turned it down to 60 degrees (the lowest setting)and it didn’t get cool in the room. The workers were courteous and professional. Check-in was quick. You have to pay $20 for parking at check-in for self-parking or you can use valet. Close to all the outlet stores."
