"The hotel smells so good upon entering was clean & inviting. The front desk staff was lovely. The the room was gorgeous. It appears recently renovated. The beds & pillows are to die for. Only complaint, very noisy. Person upstairs doing laps in their room for some reason & stomping on the floor, planes, that sound like they're landing on the building every half an hour & we're right across from the kitchen so the prep for breakfast is really noisy."

"We love the Hard Rock and go often. This time a special thing happened. My husband lost his car fob and didn’t discover it until we were in the garage after our 2 night stay. We were frantic. We live in NY and didn’t have another Jeep key with us. He searched the room again with no luck and then reported it to security. They promptly called the lost and found and it was found!! We had been to many restaurants within the hotel as well as the casino and luckily it was turned in. The key was...
