It was my first time checking in without a front desk, so I got a little confused on how to use the codes they provided. Soon enough though we figured it out and it made things pretty easy to get in and out of the common areas and room. The room had great size, amazing value, and the pool and hot tub were both incredible! We highly recommend staying here and it's quite close to everything in Whistler and Blackcomb!

Room was clean and amenities were pretty good as well. Check in was supposed to be easy but arrival instructions were incomplete so we had to contact support. TV in the living room had no signal. Other than that, it was a quick fix and staff were able to provide help immediately.

The check in process was difficult the codes didn’t work all the time. We had to call 4 times. We were stuck outside our room for 10 minutes waiting to get in. We had to get up a wedding so that was stressful. Maintenance never showed up but we were able to get a code that worked. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was super tiny and the lighting was poor! we enjoyed the pool overall I would not stay there again

It's a place to stay and conveniently located

Eh, it was an ok place. Kitchen was missing some key items if you want to stay in and cook. Also plan your own coffee solution. They had coffee filters and coffee but no pot, a Keurig but only 1 pod, and a french press top with no container to go with it. Black out shades would have been nice in the bedroom. Instructions for check in were wrong, and the "front desk" clearly knows nothing about this property. We had trouble finding the unit because it was out back, not in the main building and they couldn't help us at all.

Cable didn't work in the living room. Internet/wifi didn't work at all. Lots of wear and tear. No laundry supplies...just a bunch of things that shouldn't pop up considering the price

The check in online was the first time I ever did this. As for checking into the hotel/room this was extremely frustrating & confusing. As there wasn't anyone onsite to help me find my room. As it was on the backside of the property. So, I had to walk the hole property to find it. This was very difficult.

Very clean, one bedroom condo. The condo overlooked a courtyard and pool. We were there late June, and the sun was definitely warming up the small condo. We kept the blinds closed and the windows open, but it got warm during the day and evening into the night. There is no central air. There was a fan in the living room and bedroom. I was unacquainted with the check in experience. My directions went to spam. I had a difficult time finding a number to call. At first no one answered. Then I tried again and got a live person. She helped me, by suggesting to check my spam and then waited for me on the phone, while i tried to follow the directions. Success, eventuallly.
