I did not like the fact the hot tub was opened but the jets weren't working. This was told to us the day we were checking in. After talking to residency owners it hasn't been operational in over 15years. Some transparency would have been nice. This may have been a deal breaker if I knew before booking. Overall experience is still a 4/5 stars.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The cabinet next to the toilet looks like it was never cleaned and the toilet brush was gross.

Staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Room was nice and clean and the location is fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for accomodations for Whistler.

Not a huge deal but it would have been good to know there were no pool towels so we could have brought ours. And more than 2 bars of soap for a 2 bed, 2 bath would be nice too

Beautiful condo with everything we needed including some games and puzzles. Comfortable beds and a perfect amount of space. Kids loved the pool. Only suggestion would be to have some pool towels.
