"Description should advise that this is a high rise with the hotel being on the 17th floor, parking on the 11th floor, and the ice machine on the 21st floor. The garage was a scary spiral that you didn't want to keep going up and down."

"The only drawback is that it is located downtown and there are a lot of homeless in the area. However the hotel is very accessible to other areas of the city which also have a homeless problem. We did not find the restaurant to be anything special however there are many good options within walking distance. Overall a great stay"

"The property is very well located with restaurants and shops nearby. I found it to be an excellent option in terms of cost-value. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it fell short in several ways. The room itself has some serious design and comfort issues. One of the windows was missing a screen, which meant you either dealt with bugs(black widows) or kept the windows closed. Unfortunately, the HVAC cycles on and off constantly, so with the windows closed the room swings between being too cold while the AC is running and uncomfortably hot while waiting for it to kick back on. "Boutique, clean and cozy; I would've had a 5 star experience but unfortunately ran into an instance where the code for my room didn't work. Little hiccups happen I wouldn't have made much of it if it were just quickly resolved, but due to the incompetence of one employee, we were stuck sitting on the floor outside of the room over 15 minutes on hold wsitinf for him to help until I gave up. I called back pretty upset and spoke to a different rep who immediately manually unlocked the room to let...

"When I checked in and went to my room, there was people in my room! They put me in another room and people were talking all night and arguing! What a hassle! Won’t recommend this place! Stay away!"
